    Office staff totally lacking in desire or ability to help me get insurance coverage information. Too lazy to make a phone call when the online search came up with nothing. Even Nationwide was able to confirm my eligibility by phone. When I called back after actually being in their office i was told I'd have to wait till after their lunch for them to make the call. It was twenty minutes till lunch. Customer service is NOT a priority.
