  Your office manager made your offer of resolution impossible when she called the police after 15 minutes of discussion in her office while shouting “you are harassing me” repeatedly much to my horror and surprise.
  
  The police officer brought out a settlement offer on a yellow sticky-note of $2899 which I have in my possession.
  
  The one thing I requested in my email response was the name and number of the owner of Suncoast Dental, which I have not received.
  
  I just had a double-blind second opinion from a local prosthodontist who, among other issues:
  
  1. Showed me the difference between the superior quality of denture which I paid Suncoast for, and the product I actually received.
  
  2. Told me the photo on your web page convinced me to choose Suncoast Dental appeared a bait-and-switch tactic to encourage people to come in to be sold on a more expensive treatment.
  
  3. Expressed surprise no bar was present in the lower denture required for stability, requiring a new lower denture for new implants.
  
  4. Uses guided imagery for placement of the implants instead of “eye-balling” it.
  
  5. If the dentures you provided could be adjusted, why were they not adjusted during my many office visits since July, 2017.
  
  Considering the acerbating and unwarranted action of your office manager calling the police, and issues not limited to the above, I will settle for a full refund.
