  I went here last night and there was not one person in the drive-thru lane. We order our food and wait, then wait some more, then wait some more. Two young girls and one Manager are standing/leaning right against the drink machine and chit-chatting. I am sitting in my car, staring wondering what is taking so long, then I see the young Blonde employee put her hand in the ice and grab a piece of ice, put it in her mouth, then continue to do it MULTIPLE times while we are sitting in the car waiting for our food. The worst part is she knew we were sitting there staring and she continued to grab ice with her BARE hand that had just previously been put in her mouth. I was SO disgusted and she should never be allowed to work in a fast food/restaurant ever again. The manager was there and clearly saw her do this and did not say anything to the employee which makes all of this even worse.
  
  I will never go here again.
