  I've been going to VisionWorks as long as I've lived in Surprise. I have Esotropia in my left eye and have a hard time finding a place that is able to accommodate the amount of prisms I need in each lens. The staff is always very kind and helpful, and I never feel self-conscious taking off my glasses to do my eye exam.
  
  Recently I was seen by Linda Trinh who not only double checked my prism amount in between her other exams but took the time to explain that I had the option of doing vision therapy to help strengthen my left eye. She said this would lessen the amount of prisms I need over time and explain that I was given outdated information when I was first diagnosed with Esotropia and told I could have glasses or I could have surgery. I know it sounds silly, but this very small piece of information turned my whole day around because I thought my eyes were going to continue to get worse over time unless I finally opted for surgery.
  
  Michael, the technician I worked with picking out my new glasses, was very nice and personable. I went back later that day for Dr. Trinh to check my prisms and he remembered my name (again, it’s small and silly but sometimes things like that make a difference).
  
  I love VisionWorks and won’t be going anywhere else for my glasses, ever. I send as many people as I can over there for their eye care needs.

  Won't be coming back. I have cam here for the longest time, but the most recent time I went, the eye doctor was very impatient and rude towards my son. I turned out cancelling the appointment when I was there because they gave wrong information and dates.
